    Trophy

Nicole is an exceptionally beautiful 19-year old girl. Since her father is an alcoholic, she is the one taking care of the low-income household and her younger sister Ema. Just finishing high-school, Nicole plans on continuing at a university.

After a particularly rough night, Welfare Office visits their household and threatens to take Ema away. In a difficult moment, Nicole decides to forfeit the university and try to get custody of her sister in court.

For this, she needs a job and her own place to stay.

Since there is a big unemployment rate in the region, she has to find a different way. Because of her looks and wits, she gets an offer by a local gangster Dragan. Though dangerous, the position would provide everything she needs. After initial doubts, Nicole accepts.

Nicole starts to like Dragan, in whom she is unconsciously looking for a father. After they fall in love, Dragan decides to get her out of harm’s way. But when he learns it would cost him his business, he quickly reconsiders.

At home, the father manages to stop drinking. When Nicole’s plan of getting custody is revealed, Ema sides with him. Nicole leaves them both, betrayed and disappointed.

Father then learns what Nicole does for a living. He tries to help her, but Nicole sends him away in a huge fight. Broken, the father goes back to drinking.

When the police discovers their business, Dragan makes Nicole choose – prison or help saving his last deal. Nicole undertakes a risky operation, barely avoiding capture. She feels betrayed and leaves Dragan for good.

At the court, Nicole wins custody of her sister from her father, only to realize Dragan bribed the judge in thanks for saving his business.

Nicole gives her father the last chance and returns home with Ema.
