CEO/Producer at Pierpoline Films, an independent production company based in Paris and New York developing and producing feature films, documentaries and series. Pierpoline is best known for producing the a ward-winning cult classic ”Teeth”, (Best Actress-Sundance, Berlinale), considered ‘one of the Top 10 political horror films of all time’. Her most recent film ”The Transfiguration” premiered in Un Certain Regard at Cannes 2016. Past production credits include: ”Angelica”, starring Jena Malone and Academy Award nominated Janet McTeer – Premiere Berlinale; ”Happy Tears”, starring Demi Moore, Parker Posey, Rip Torn and Ellen Barkin – Premiere Berlinale; and the multi award-winning first film by Neil LaBute, ”In the Company of Men” starring Aaron Eckhart – Un Certain Regard-Cannes, Sundance Filmmakers Trophy, two Independent Spirit Awards, New York Film Critics Circle Award and Channel Four Director’s Award.
She began her career in France in charge of international press for the Cannes Film Festival, and then as an acquisitions and production executive for UGC. She has lectured at NYU Film School, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University and ESSEC Business School in Paris. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and continued graduates studies at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris. Member BAFTA, EPC, EFA, PGA.
